The Split Concentrator has been designed for the B-1A Induction Heating Unit. The concentrator is used for such applications as soldering connector styles that incorporate an integral coupling nut. The Split Concentrator is clamped in the soldering position with the quick release toggle clamp.

 

When the front half of the split concentrator is removed, the operator can remove the soldered assembly.

 

During operation of the induction heater, the energy is focused on the neck of the connector.
